Fills but Won’t enter wash mode instead it pumps the water out

I have checked the cogs and they are fine. Because the laundry room is outside and we have had a lot of rainy cold days I was advised to check all connections on the board. I sprayed each connector with electronic contact cleaner and applied dielectric grease. ( they all appeared to be in great shape and not wet or corroded) I was told it is probably the board. Is there a way to see fault codes and if so how do I retrieve them. Any other suggestions? To reiterate; staring in normal wash mode it starts to fill it runs for a while and clicks, and the pump comes and on and pumps the water out it never agitates or starts wash mode thanks in advance
