Store said Bosch dishwasher won’t dry?

Age: Less than 1 year

I own a Bosch dishwasher and recommended one to my mother.

She bought a Bosch (SHP865ZD5N) dishwasher despite the store not recommending it. My mom was told that the Bosch dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes and they have had many returned.

I’ve never had a problem with our dishes but being dry. Does anyone know what this sales person meant? It was someone at a local appliance store, not a big box store, so I’m assuming he did have experience with this model.
