Samsung dryer not heating and he code

Ok so I need help on this one
Samsung ele dryer
Parts replaced heating element box with all new sensors new thermistor 3 new control boards
I have 120 on left and right leg both legs are 240 showing traced wires found red wire off the centrifugal switch showing 120. continuity test shows good from heating element blue wire to control board relay blue.
So that’s why I have replaced the control board 3 times I think the problem is in the relay not switching power to the heating element. Tested the blue wire and black at the control board relay and I have 120v at black and with the dryer running I have 120 on the blue but nothing at the heater element so I installed a jumper wire to bypass the relay and I have heat for about ten minutes and the dryer stoops with a he code please help thanks

So is no one going to answer me ???
