Frigidaire “start” and “0” buttons not working

All of a sudden, the “start” buttons and “0” buttons on my oven aren’t working. I reset the breakers, opened up the control panel, tried to remove and clean the ribbons, but I’m not having any luck. I can remove and replace the ribbons from the control panel (computer) itself but I can’t figure out how to remove them from the display itself or even how to remove the display itself. Any ideas?
