Kenmore Side by Side water flow slower than normal.

Hello All,
I have a Kenmore Elite Model 795.72053.110 Side by Side Refrigerator with a water flow issue. Water is slower to fill two months after changing filter.
Tried replacing filter and problem persists. No visable external blockage at end point of tube and unit is still making ice as normal.
Could the inlet valve be starting to go or could there be a problem with the filter head and tube assembly?
