Need help with Samsung washer-Not sure what else to replace

I am receiving a no drain error intermittently from my samsung vrt washer. I have replaced the drain pump and the control board. This has not solved the problem. I thought since the drain pump did not solve the problem then maybe it was not getting power to the part. I cannot hear it running at all. I hear some clicks like it is attempting to run or something is attempting to trigger it, not sure which one. I am not sure what else to replace or if I have received parts that are defective. I am the point of replacing the washer, but it is a good washer other than this issue. Is there anything else I can do? I am not sure how to test the voltage with the machine running.
