Samsung Dishwasher DMT800RHS/XAA No Control Panel Lights/Power

Control Panel is not illumination when power is pressed.
Actions taken:
1. Confirmed AC power to main Control board PCB (Part DE92-02256A)
2. Confirmed 5V and 12V DC output to connection to Control Panel (DD94-01064A) Wire Connection 1-6 and 2-6.
3. Replaced Control Panel DD94-1064A
4. Dishwasher control panel still no display when power button is depressed.

Question:
Could the Main PCB mentioned above still be bad even though I confirmed 5V and 12V DC output from the PCB to the Control Panel? 5V and 12V wires connecting to control panel were verified to have proper DC voltage using a multimeter in DC setting.
