Happy to report that putting in a load of wet clothes caused the dryer to work normally.

Well this is strange... I took the lint cover apart and noticed that the cable was unplugged.
I connected it and ran a test cycle. It does the same time skipping...

Where does one check to see if the sensors were reconnected properly?

This behavior did not exist prior to me taking the dryer apart.
If I choose timed dry at 40 minutes, it works fine
Normal dry skips the minutes with the clothes still being wet.

I recently replaced the belt, pulley wheel, and rollers due to an unknown noise...

I received the kit and ordered the belt separately. Just put everything back together last night. No sound whatsoever, so that seemed to do the trick.
