There are two common things that will make a clicking noise on the back side of these refrigerators, the main control board and the start relay & overload assembly on the compressor. Also while you have the back panel off, check to see if the fan motor by the compressor is running. It is common for the main control board to go bad and stop turning this fan motor, when this happens it burns out the start relay & overload assembly on the compressor. When this happens it is usually best to replace the control board and fan motor at the same time. Let me know what you find.
