I have a GE Profile Side by Side. Its about 5 years old. The freezer is working fine but the Fridge is acting strange. Here are the symptoms:

1. Fridge temp will cycle between 37F - 50F. Fridge is set at 37F. I have a digital thermometer in the fridge to monitor the temp.

a. When Fridge temp drops condensation appears on the left panel but only the bottom half. When the temp is 37F there is no condensation.

2. While the fridge temp cycles between 37F - 50F, the temp reading on the display panel always reads 45F. It does not change.

3. Here are the K-ohm readings on J1 wire harness removed from the control board while power off.

Freezer: 9F & Fridge: 50F
pin1 - pin5: 46.8 (Thermistor in fridge but where?)
pin2 - pin5: 9.9 (Thermistor in the fridge left panel)
pin3 - pin5: 27.0 (Thermistor in the freezer right panel)
pin4 - pin5: 39.5 (Thermistor on the freezer evaporator)

Are my location of thermistor correct?

I think the problem is with the thermistor in the fridge (pin1 - pin5). What are your thoughts? Thank you and have a blessed day!
