The refrigerator warm and freezer cold, evaporation fan no current

Hi, everyone:

I have a big problem with my refrigerator: the freezer was cold but the refrigerator warm. I checked it and found ice built up and evaporation fan didn't work due to no electrical current. The compressor seemed to be working.

I wonder what is wrong with it? Can someone point me a direction where should I start to check? My refrigerator is old and maybe discontinue.

Your model number isn't coming up for me. Did you get this from the model & serial number tag on the refrigerator? About how old is this refrigerator?

Mr. Ryan:

I got the model number from the side of the refrigerator and it is around 10 years old. I found that the reason/source of why the evaporation fan problem: no currency to it.

Other than that I have no idea what went wrong with the refrigerator. Attached some photos I took, maybe you can tell what/where I should do next.

The tag you are looking at is not the model & serial number tag. That tag is for the features. Also, is this a USA model?

It is for the features and model number if you look closely.

After searched the refrigerator inside out, I found the label, see attached image file. The machine was made in Mexico by Mabe for GE. I also attached a picture of the freezer so you can compare it with the similar machine of GE since their design were more or less the same.
