Most commonly if the washer isn't draining it is because the drain pump is clogged and has something stuck in it or the drain pump is bad. To check this you will need to unplug the washer and have some towels ready or a wet shopvac to suck up the water. You will need to remove the hose going to the drain pump to see if anything is stuck in the hose or the pump. When you remove the hose, water is going to come out so you will need to have some towels ready or a wet shopvac to suck up the water. If nothing is stuck in the pump, and the hoses are free and clear, and power is going to the pump then you have a bad drain pump. Let me know what you find.
