To check this part, you will need to unplug the dryer and remove and disconnect the wires from the thermostat. While the thermostat is at room temperature it should have continuity, if it has no continuity then it is bad and will need to be replaced.

Before working on the dryer make sure it is unplugged. Check the power coming into the dryer, make sure you have 240V. Check where the power cord connects to the dryer and make sure the connections are good. Check the three fuses/thermostats for continuity. If any of them have no continuity, they are bad. Check the thermistor using an ohm meter. The thermistor at room temperature should read approximately 10k ohms. Check the heating element for continuity and any shorts to ground. If all of those things check out, then you could have a bad control board.

We do not have specific instructions for replacing that control board. Most control boards are pretty simple to replace. You will want to unplug the dryer and then either take a picture of the wires or transfer the connectors from the old part over to the new part one by one.
