Have you checked to see if you have the proper voltage going to the dryer?

Do you have the part number of what part you already replaced?

It's possible that the touchpad that the plugs into the main control board is burned out. And if the buttons don't work, then you won't be able to turn the dryer on. When power gets hooked up incorrectly like that, it can burn out alot of things. The touchpad has a ribbon cable that comes out of it and plugs into the main control board. Sometimes the service sheet included with the dryer will tell you how to test the buttons out, but from my experience those tests they have you make will not be able to tell you whether some of the circuitry inside of it is burned up.
