Do you have an ohm meter or multi meter that you can make some checks with? There are many different things that can cause a dryer not to heat.

Thermal fuses are good element tests good is it just the thermostat and how do I test that
To test the thermostats, you will need to unplug the dryer and remove the thermostat. You will need to test it for continuity between the two terminals. On the 4 wire thermostat, you will test for continuity between the two larger terminals. If it has continuity then it is good, if it does not then it is bad.
