    Whirlpool washer

    Model Number: WTW 5300VW2
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: 1-5 years

    My washer is filling up with water from a drip where the water enters. Could it be a inlet valve issue and how can I replace it or repair it?

    This problem is most like caused by a bad water inlet valve. An easy test you can make is to unplug the washer and see if it still fills up with water. If it still fills up with water when it's unplugged, then you should replace the water valve. Let me know what you find.
