I hear this clicking noise (it seams like something want to start and then stalls and start again) in the upper left side of the refrigerator and I noticed that items in the refrigerator side are frozen. What is there that bother us every 10-15 minutes. At night the noise can be heard from the bedroom

It sounds like you might have a failure of the air damper. This is the piece in the top left part of the refrigerator compartment, it has a motor that opens and closes a small door that lets cold air in from the freezer section. This is where the refrigerator gets its cold air. Unplug the refrigerator and inspect the air damper and let me know if you find anything broken. Let me know what you find.
