Frigidaire DW will not start

PLD4375RFC3 will not start. Ultimate Scrub and Sanitize buttons do not work, all other buttons light up when activated, push Start/Cancel button nothing happens. Is it control panel or touch pad?

Either of the two parts can cause this type of problem. More commonly we see the touchpad cause this problem, but it can also come from a bad control board. In most cases the manufacture does not have a way to determine which part is part, so we recommend to start by replacing the touchpad first and then the control board second if it still is acting up.
