Frigidaire oven not working

front panel temperature setting buttons don't work. when I press bake dial reads down to zero then stays like this ---,starts 999 ends ---,and buttons to set temperature don't work. could it be the thermostat or the front panel?

It sounds like you have a bad control board. The control board for your oven has been discontinued by the manufacture.
