    washer won't drain nd it will drain some into five gallon bucket... doesn't start ne

    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

    washer won't drain nd it will drain some into five gallon bucket... doesn't start next cycle it beeps

    The ND error stands for No Drain. This error will occur if the water hasn't drained out of the washer within a certain amount of time (usually 5 or 10 minutes). If the water isn't draining out at a fast rate you may have a clogged drain pump filter. If the filter is clear and there are not any restrictions in the hoses then you could have a bad drain pump. Let me know what you find.
