Range is competely dead

Had a 3 day power outage in my area. Power is back on, but my range is completely dead. Oven, stove top, clock, everything. The 240 breaker is on, it's plugged in, and the plug has a good connection. Also, I checked the wiring and nothing looks burned or damaged.

Do you have a volt meter to verify that you are getting 220-240v to the range?
