GE French Door fridge that wants to TURBO COOL too much

I have a problem with the fridge randomly deciding to turn on the "Turbo Cool" feature on its own, and freezing some of the food in the fridge. Previously, we tried unplugging the unit from the wall for 3-5 minutes and that worked for a couple of days or weeks. Now, it turns it on only moments after I turn it off. What do I check or replace?

Does the button that you hold down to turn on/off turbo cool seem to work and response normally?

Now it's sporadic. The ice/water button is no longer working occasionally, too.

It could be a problem with the user interface control board, main control board, or a wiring issue. GE does not have a process to test these parts, so you will probably have to make an educated guess as to which part to replace first.
