I have a brand new Samsung dishwasher. Accidentally damaged the drain hose when trying to install. Ordered a new one and now I need to replace the hose. Does anyone know how to remove the old hose and attach the new one? Can't seem to find a service manual for this model online. The hose clamp/fitting is not visible from the back of the machine. Rather, the hose disappears into the plastic base of the dishwasher. I assume I need to remove the base or remove some type of access panel to reach the hose connection? I'm worried I will damage the plastic connections if I don't do this the right way, then have to buy more replacement parts. What in the world? Why didn't they just leave an open work area at the bottom of the dishwasher like my old model?
