Our refrigerator hasn't been keeping things cold and only on lower shelves... Now the back freezer wall is frozen and it is leaking water... could this be in need of a replacement defrost part and a fan for freezer.?

The first thing to do is to unplug the refrigerator and then remove the back panel in the freezer. Usually if you are seeing from on the outside of that panel, then there is a lot more frost underneath it. If the evaporator coil is full of frost, then the refrigerator is not properly going through the automatic defrost cycle and this will cause the refrigerator and freezer temperatures to warm up. Let us know what you find when you remove the panel in the freezer.
