Yes, the refrigerator is working fine, cold refrigerator and freezer, good water flow through the water dispenser, ice maker has a bar that is down in the "on" position.

The water is cooled down in a reservoir which is a coil of tubing in the back of the refrigerator section. The this reservoir does not hold much water, so if you go through alot of water it may not be able to keep up with your demand for water. The ice maker not making ice is most likely an unrelated issue to the water being warm. If the freezer is cooling to the proper temperature, you could have a bad ice maker, or a bad water inlet valve that supplies water to the ice maker.
