ERROR CODE : ER/uo Vent will not close

Just wondering how to replace this Vent Assembly for my Frigidaire dishwasher?? The part # 154682301 AKA 154861101
It seems to be really attached to the top of the dishwasher............
It has the error code of ER/ou which says it means the Vent will not close
