first dryer would shut off and give error code hE,unplugged dryer and reset breaker, dryer started working no error codes; but does not dry and it will not shut off.whats the problem?

The hE error code is a heater error, it means that there is an invalid heating temp in running the dryer. When you receive this error code you should check for restrictions in the exhaust venting of the dryer and if that checks out okay then check the resistance of the thermistor. I have a Samsung Dryer model # DV42H5200EP. The heating element went out and I replaced it along with the fuses on the heating element housing. It dried for about two weeks and then quit drying. I've already cleaned out the vent and made sure it wasn't in a clogged or pinched. Can you help me out?
