Did you ever find out what error code the washer is receiving?

That would indicate an F8E1 error code. See the information below for what the manufacture says to check for this error code. Let me know what you find.

NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING WASHER OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED.

The pressure switch is not tripped after 6 minutes. Water level is not reached within a specific time (EEPROM parameter)

    Possible Causes/Procedure
    - Check if the home has low water pressure; open the water faucets.
    - Unplug washer or disconnect power.
    - Make sure that cold and hot valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
    - Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves.
    - Check all hoses for possible leaks. - Check if the customer used an aftermarket “no flood” hose. This can sometimes stop the flow of water to the washer.
    - Make sure that wire harness connections from Inlet Valves (double and single), Drain Pump, Pressure Switch, & CCU (PR6, DP2, VCH7, and DI6 cavities connectors) are not broken or with wires detached, and that connector internal pins are visible.
    - Check the continuity between the following components:
    A. Inlet valve connectors (double and single) to the CCU (VCH7 and DI6 cavities)
    B. Drain Pump & CCU (DP2 cavity) connectors
    C. Pressure Switch & CCU (PR6 cavity) connectors.
    - If the continuity diagnosis failed, Main Harness must be replaced.
    - Check the resistance of the Inlet valve in each port of the valve (double & single).
    - Make continuity test to the Pressure SW. See page 7.
    - Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch.
    - Check hose for possible leaks. Remove hose from pressure switch. Make sure that the open part where the hose is connected doesn’t have debris.
    - Check pressure switch operation. Remove pressure switch. Blowing air through the opening, the two internal switches are heard one by one.
    - Check for Suds.
    - Verify there is not a siphon problem.
    - Make sure that all the connectors are fully seated.
    - Plug in washer or reconnect power.
    - Verify the washer operation by running the Diagnostic Test cycle. See page 5.
    - After the diagnostic test has finished, unplug washer or disconnect power and wait for 15 seconds.

checked pressure switch not sure the two outside pins are open and 1st an 3rd show continuity. only hear one load click when blowing air in it. it is still filling when it stops and shows code beeps. do you think I should get pressure switch first or just get control board?

The tech sheet I located for your model washer seems to be incorrect, as it shows 6 wires going to the pressure switch and when I look at the picture of the part it only has 4 wires. Does the schematic on the tech sheet that came with your washer show the same information? If you aren't able to get any conclusive results from testing the pressure switch, then I would start by replacing the pressure switch before replacing the main control board.

This is the pressure switch for your model washer:

    Pressure Switch - Part # PD00004193 (mfg # W10239066)

yes my print shows the same 6 connections but there is only four on mine no suds switch. I have continuity between 22 and 26 or 21 and 24 on my switch and the book says 21 and 22. this is looking at the terminals with switch in place. the outside pins should have not a middle .will up date when receive new switch.

The contacts inside the pressure switch open and close depending on the air pressure. It could be possible that the old switch is opening or closing and the wrong pressure. Just doing a continuity on this kind of part is not a complete test.

didn't work with pressure switch. picked up new control unit .did not work the first time. ran d-test and worked fine ,tried running In regular mode it stopped again. went to d-mode cleared error and ran d-test and passed it helps if you have hot and cold water on. the first 15sec. is cold then turns on hot to wash level. had both on when it didn't work before repairs. thanks for all your help

Have you rechecked the washer to see if it is still coming up with the same error code?
