What was the voltage at the dryer? It will need to be 220-240v to operate correctly. There are two fuses on this dryer, one on the side of the heating element and one on the blower housing. Make sure that both of those are good. Check for a broken belt and/or the broken belt switch. Look for any burned or broken wires on the dryer. If those things check out, then your problem is most likely caused by one of the control boards going bad. The main control board is the most common control board to go bad, the user interface control board does not fail very often. There were two main control board that Samsung used on your model dryer. To make sure you order the correct main control board, you should get the part number from the sticker on your existing main control board.
