The closest model number I am finding to yours is PCS968SPSS. Can you double check this for me? The first thing I would check is to unplug the stove and then check the wiring behind the stove where the wires attach to the power cord terminal block. Look for any loose, burned, or broken wires in this area. Let me know what you find.

    Thanks for the help.
Last night, I opened up the back and checked the wiring and found nothing strange or burnt. Saw a plastic transparent box with two metal strips that looked like a fuse. Those looked ok.
I then, opened the front control panel and lifted up the glass top. Tons of wires and connectors. Nothing looked loose or burnt.

So, put everything back together and plugged in the power.
Then, I saw "Locked" in the front panel flashing; I didn't see that prior to opening up the stove. So, I did the unlock procedure (Press <Unlock> then <Start>).
Now, all the burners are working fine.

I have no clue what was going on. I did the unlock procedure several times before opening it up thinking it may be locked. That didn't resolve the problem. Maybe it is a software glitch!!!

    Anyway, thanks for your time.
