I'm sorry we do not ship to Canada at this time. Lol, I feel your pain about about the cold weather. It feels like summer just got here... and its almost over.

I found this forum, took your advice and ordered the part. NOW.... the problem. My Electrical connections are way different than the ones on my machine. The part look IDENTICAL accept for the wire connectors.
My washer is a Whirlpool DuetHT Model GHW9400PL4 Serial #CST151D481

I stopped immediately and hooked old valve up and I continue to turn the water off when not washing clothes.
    Any ideas??????

Actually, all I had to do was unplug the washer from the power for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in, then hit the pause button twice. That will reset the electronics in the washer and should normalize the water flows. Try then to do a load, it should work.

If you unplug the washing machine and the water valve continues to leak water, then the water valve is bad and it will need to be replaced.
