Jenn Air model # JFI2589AES10 leaking from underneath and not making ice

    Model Number: JFI2589AES10
    Brand: Jenn-Air
    Age: 6-10 years

Refrigerator started leaking water from underneath. Had American Home Shield Warranty so called them. Tech has been out now 5 times. Still leaks water and now ice maker stopped working. They have replaced the ice maker twice, still same problem. Tried to check water valve inlet but can't find it. Is there a way to diagnose the problem from the front panel or is there a way to test the High Voltage control board? Am about to give up on this fridge and buy a new one. HELP!!!!!

If the water leak and ice maker stopping working happened at the same time then the problem might be related. There is not a way to test this from the front panel and there is not a test for the high voltage control board. It sounds like they might need to send a technician with more experience to diagnose the problem(s).
