[FIXED] Kenmore front load won't drain

Ken more washer won't drain. I checked and cleaned trap, removed and flushed all hoses, and verified check valve ball was in good shape. removed and inspected pump including continuity test. Pump and impeller are intact. Washer spins, fills, and pump runs. Washer continues to show F21 and suds code. I am at a loss, for what the problem may be. Anybody have any further suggestions?

Can you see any water inside the drum when the error code appears?

Yes, there is water in the drum when the codes appear. I went ahead and replaced the pump. It ran through rinse cycle, and came up with suds code. I pressed stop and the the pump came on and drained the tub. The old pump would not drain the drum at all before, even though it was running. The impeller on the old pump is a little wobbly, but does not seem to slip when turned by hand. Ran washer through short wash cycle and everything worked fine. Will do a regular load and see what happens. Guess it was the pump.
