Replaced Heating element 4 months ago and had no problems until today. I don't have an Ohm Meter but Heating element is not broken and according to a circuit tester is carrying current. One of the thermostats registers as carrying current but the other does not. Can the heating element be blown and still carry current? Thank you.

Current testers are confusing to use to diagnose a problem like you are having because one side of the element always has power going to it. If you are not receiving any error codes, then I would start by testing the thermal fuses, thermostats, and element for continuity.
