Oven not working

Went to bake and none of the key pads work except the timers and the clock (not setup to set time on clock, but the clock itself works). From what I can tell, it is the control display pad, your item no. PD00007028. If so, do you think this is something I can install myself. I am somewhat handy, but certainly no oven expert. Also, if this is not what you think is wrong or I have the wrong parts number, please let me know. Thanks for your advice.

From what we have seen, a failure of the touchpad is what usually causes this type of problem. For more information see this thread. Most people consider this repair pretty easy.
