element lamp stays on even when burners are off

Anytime the light stays on, left/right rotation of the right front double burner will turn it off. The other burner switches don't turn the light off.

please advise which part number will fix this.

It sounds like that burner switch is bad. Sometimes when the burner switch goes bad it can stick "on" even when it is in the off position. If you would like to me look up the part for you, I will need to know location of the burner switch when you are facing the stove.
