There are two thermal fuses on this dryer, a small white one on the blower housing and another one on the side of the heating element canister. Which one have you replaced four times?

If the heating element is good and it is not shorted, then it is most likely a bad main control board. Try running the dryer on an air dry (no heat) cycle and see if it still heats up during that cycle. If the dryer does heat up during the air dry cycle and the element is not shorted then you should replace the main control board. Let us know what you find.

This is the main control board for your model dryer:

    Main Control Board - Part # PD00003126 (mfg # 8546219)
