    Ice maker not getting power

    Model Number: GZ25FSRXYY2
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: 1-5 years

Whirlpool fridge is under 2 years old. The ice maker is not making ice. Connecting T and H on ice maker does not advance the motor. Testing the plug to the ice maker reveals there is no power coming to ice maker. The fuse on the ice maker has continuity. On the back of the fridge there are two control boards. Looking at them from the behind the fridge, the right board is providing the left board with 120V. Because the left board has the ice maker wiring going to it, we replaced that board but still the ice maker has no power. What could possible be the problem?

You will need to locate the schematic on the refrigerator. They usually hide this on the back side of the bottom front kick panel of the refrigerator. This will have a wiring diagram showing where the ice maker gets its power from.
