Samsung Dryer Issues

I'm looking for advice on what to try next...

My dryer is not reaching full heat. I have already cleaned all exhaust paths, lint trap is cleared with every load, etc. I have replaced the Thermal Fuse, and drum belt (which I found snapped when I went to replace the Thermal Fuse). I've also replaced the igniter that my daughter shattered while "being helpful" and vacuuming all lint from the inside!

So, I have the dryer put back together and it's just running warm. There's no high heat.

Any ideas?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you put a load of clothes in the dryer, does it seem to heat at the beginning of the cycle but not later in the cycle?

I have a Samsung dryer and it will power on and let me go thru the dry cycles but won't start drying! It makes a clicking noise when I push the play button to start the dryer! Any advice would be appreciated!
