My dryer will turn on and let me scroll thru the cycles but when I push play it says it's drying but the drum isn't moving and it just makes no noise.

Check to see if the belt is broken or the idler pulley is broken. There is a broken belt switch on this dryer that will stop it from running if the belt breaks. Let us know what you find.
