Warming oven/mini oven

Warming oven will not heat. Element is fine and regular oven works. We changed the small control panel that control the mini oven but that did not help. Seems it is not getting any power. Could it be the oven control panel ( the large one)itself? Thanks!

Did you check the oven sensor (probe)?
It should be about 1100 ohms at room temperature.

If it is OK then yes it could be the main control board.

I would check the wiring before replacing anything else.

Have you checked the element in the warming oven for continuity?
