I purchased this dryer brand new in May 2014. About 2 days ago, it stopped drying. I can turn the dryer on to whatever load I want (heavy duty, normal, quick dry etc) and it will display the minutes but after about 2 minutes it goes down to 1 minute left and turns off. I have cleaned the bars as instructed by a representative at Samsung and also checked to make sure the vents aren't clogged up. It does this with or without a load of clothes in it. My initial thought is the heating element has gone out on it. Could this be the problem or is it something more severe?
