Kenmore/Bosch dishwasher - All cycle lights on

All the “Cycles” lights are on and the rest of the buttons are non responsive. I’ve turned the power source off for over an hour. When I restore power all the “Cycles” lights come back on in addition the “delayed wash”, “locked” and “sanitized” lights. I am able to turn off the “delay wash” lights but then the panel becomes unresponsive again. Thoughts?

Have you looked at the instruction manual? On page 24, the troubleshooting section has a Blinking Lights item (find here). It says: push start / resume and close the door within 3 seconds.
