Fridgidaire PLES389ECC cooktop turns on by itself

I have two issues with the cooktop
1.). The front left ( facing the stove)burner turns on high by itself
2.) both front burners go to max temp even when set on low temp

If anyone has any suggestions on parts to fix the issues I would greatly appreciate it

Hunt the net or contact Frigidaire as I think there was a recall on these units
