    How Do I Wire A New Overload Relay?

    Model Number: MRT13CREW5
    Brand: Kelvinator
    Age: More than 10 years

    I got the starter kit #5304491944 in order to replace the original overload relay which melted. However, Instructions don't show which wires in of new relay hook up to which old wires. The old one has a red and a white wire ...

    and the new one has a plug with 2 white wires that goes into relay...

    I need to know which of the old wires will hook up to which terminals on the new relay.

    Here's a wiring diagram that might help someone who knows how to read it. Wish I could. Thanks very much.

    On the new part the red and white wires can be hooked up to either of the white wires on the new wire harness and plug.
