French Door Fridge - no power no display on control board

Symptoms:

One light went out a week or so ago. Other light went out a day ago. This morning the fridge was getting warm and the display on the control board didn't work.

We haven't heard any noise from the fridge and with the back panel off, I don't see the fan running when plugged in.

I suspect it is the control board that's bad, though I don't see any burnt spots or damage evident when inspecting the board. The outlet has been tested and is still powering the microwave. Short of there being some kind of fuse in the fridge somewhere that could have knocked out all the power, I figure the control board is the most likely suspect.

Is this most likely the case? Is there anything I can do with a digital multi-meter to confirm this?

It sounds like the control board is bad. There aren't any fuses and if there is power to the refrigerator the digitial display on the control board should light up. Let us know if the control board fixes the problem for you.
