Samsung Space Icemaker assembly fell down and cannot remove tray

Has this happened to anyone else and are there suggestions for how to get the tray out so the assembly can be slid back in place? I have tried using a longer screwdriver to attempt to hold against the top of the icemaker, but it still seems jammed
