    Gas pressure regulator

    Model Number:
    Brand: Brand
    Age: Less than 1 year

I am replacing a cook top and the new one has a 1/2" inch input. I want to use the old pressure regulator, it though has a 3/8" output. The regulator label say 4" column on NG and 10" column on LP. I am burning LP. The LP conversion kit says the regulator that should have come with this cook top is a 5" /10" and probably a 1/2 output. My question is should I replace the regulator because of the pipe output size difference. I don't think the gas regulation is a problem since both put out 10" LP.

You will need to use the gas regulator that came with the cooktop.
