If both the bake and broil elements stopped working at the same time and the stove top still works, then you most likely have a bad control board. The chances of both elements failing at the same time is pretty slim. When the control board goes bad, it can still function partially (clock works, buttons work, ect) but not send power to the elements. If you want to verify that the control board is bad, then you would need to do a voltage test at the element. The bake and broil elements should both see 240 volts from the control board to function properly. If you do not see any voltage, then the control board will need to be replaced. You can also do a continuity or Ohm test on the bake & broil elements to see if they are good/bad. It looks like the control board for your model stove is discontinued by the manufacture and is no longer available.

You could look for a used part or a company that rebuilds old control boards.

HI AGAIN!
I was able to find a company to try to fix my old board...please help me on how to remove front panel to access the board. Ive removed the 4 screws but its still difficult to pull it off, Please advise!!!
Thanks!
Before disassembling the stove make sure it is unplugged. Usually on these you have to remove the knobs and then there will be some nuts to unscrew under the knobs and once you remove those the control panel will lift off.
