Samsung DV42H5400EW/A3 intermittent heat

Our drying is 25 months old. It has intermittently stopped heating. The lint/vent is clean. If it is started and not heating we can turn off and unplug then it will heat normally. It has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks.

Hi Chuck,

An intermittent heating problem can be difficult to diagnose as you will often have to wait for it to act up to properly diagnose the problem. When the dryer stops heating you would have start checking the different components in the heating circuit. First check the power supply to the dryer to make sure it is received approx 240v AC.
